This is one of the most requested homemade desserts my kids are going crazy with – whipped peanut butter and yogurt! This Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Smoothie is a family favorite sweet and healthy snack that we all enjoy! Creamy and delicious, it can be served with many healthy options for dipping!

“Mom, I’m hungry!” Has anyone else heard this phrase at least 10 times a day? Snacks are a constant in our household, so having many healthy options is essential. This peanut butter yogurt is one of the things I started making weekly after kids (and parents too) fell in love with it.

Peanut butter yogurt sauces are so easy to make and are made with ingredients that you probably already have in the fridge and pantry. Not only is it delicious, but it’s a healthy snack option and perfect for dipping fruit, savory cakes, and graham crackers! I love making a batch of this at the beginning of the week for a quick snack throughout the week (you can also double the recipe because it will be a hit).

This creamy and delicious sauce can be made in just 5 minutes! Creamy yogurt is one of my favorite ways to have healthy sauces. Not only are they low in fat, but they also provide a quick boost of protein and calcium. This sauce is filled with peanut butter and has no added refined sugar. If you are a vegetarian, you can substitute honey for maple syrup without any problem.

I love slicing lots of apples for the family, adding a handful of savory cakes (this sweet and savory combination is the best), and adding in some graham crackers to try and eat a great bowl of this dip with my kids at the end of the day. ! Whether we’re having an after-school snack or movie night, they stretch the board in record time every time!
