1/2 cup brown rice flour (any flour is fine)
1 teaspoon of baking powder

150 grams of premium dark chocolate or chocolate chips (about cup)
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted (additional for lubrication)
1 cup mashed potatoes *
3 large eggs, room temperature

1/4 cup peanut butter
Instructions for use
