Of course, from now on, you all know that I am really a faithful advocate of peanut butter and chocolate … I mean, these words alone are enough to excite everyone!

And, since I want something sweet after dinner, I think it’s not surprising that I came up with another instant peanut butter chocolate dessert. Seriously, there is nothing better than a peanut butter and chocolate to complete a meal. Right? Yes!

If you are a fan like me, you will totally agree that these little ones are really bombs! Man, you wouldn’t believe that the peanut butter they pack under the hood tastes so much! They are a bit like the inside of Wunderbar, except that their sweetness is greatly reduced, which is excellent for your health! In fact, those cookies are so good for you that you can almost eat them without feeling the inside.

The best part is that they are done quickly and easily: you only need about 20 minutes and some simple ingredients, and it doesn’t even dirty the kitchen.

Let me tell you that there is absolutely nothing worth loving them … except that maybe you cannot, or it is very difficult, to eat only one!

Stir peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth and well mixed
In a medium bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, pure maple syrup and vanilla extract, and stir well with an egg beater until they are mixed evenly.

Add flour to the peanut butter mixture
In a separate bowl, add pea protein powder: I am a big fan of naked pea protein powder: oatmeal, peanut butter powder, coconut flour and salt; Stir gently until well mixed, then add it to the peanut butter mixture.

Mix well with a rubber spatula until a hard dough forms
Mix with a spatula or a large wooden spoon until a hard dough forms. The dough will look a little dry, but when you squeeze it in your hands, it should be easy to fuse them.

If the dough seems too dry, simply add about a teaspoon at a time, add a little water and knead by hand until it reaches the desired consistency. Similarly, if the dough is too soft, use the same method to add some coconut flour (or any dry ingredient you choose).

Dig dough balls about 1 inch in diameter
With a small scoop of ice cream, take out the cookie dough and form a ball about 1 inch in diameter.

Of course, you can do the job without the ice cream ball, but trust me, it’s much easier to use! Not only does it preform the balls for you, but it also guarantees that all the balls are the same size! If you decide not to add any dough, approximately 1 tablespoon of dough per spoon is removed.

Use your fingers to shape the dough into small cookies
Now, roll the dough between your palms to shape the spheres perfectly, then flatten the balls slightly and use your fingers to finish the cookies.

Flatten the cookies even more and print a cross with a fork
Place the cookie on a cookie lined with parchment paper or, better yet, a silicone baking mat; Pressing the cookie thinly with the teeth of a fork, flatten the cookie even more, leaving a beautiful cross pattern on the cookie.

Let the cookies cool in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.

Dip half the cookies in the melted chocolate
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a double pot or microwave. Make sure the chocolate never gets hot, it only heats until it melts completely.
Remove cookies from the refrigerator and then dip half of each cookie in melted chocolate. Let the excess water flow for a few seconds, then return the cookies to the lined baking sheet.

Sprinkle ground peanuts over cookies
While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle the chopped peanuts over the cookies and then return the cookies to the refrigerator until the chocolate is completely ready, approximately 5 minutes.
