How to make this recipe:
First, add 1-1 / 4 cups of tapioca starch (sometimes labeled as tapioca flour) to a large bowl filled with 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon of seasoning Italian lightly stacked. The consistency of tapioca starch is similar to corn starch, and it will fly anywhere if you’re not careful, so use an egg whisk to gently mix everything. Also, I prefer Bob’s Red Mill tapioca starch.

Then add 6 ounces of chopped mozzarella or Italian cheese, plus 1 cup of chopped pizza ingredients (piperoni, black olives, cooked Italian sausage, etc.) and stir well.

Finally, add 1/4 cup of butter, melt and cool slightly, plus 2 eggs. Use a wooden spoon and stir everything until it is mixed in a thick paste. The mixture should not be too sticky, it will “dry out” a little after sitting for a minute or two.

Baking Method:
Bake a gluten-free pizza stick at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown, then turn half of the pan.

Spray the Airfryer fryer basket thoroughly with a nonstick spray, then place gluten-free pizza sticks within 2 inches between each bread stick (you should cook them in batches). Bake at 390 Bake for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown. I have a Philips XL air fryer as a reference.
