Usually, every Sunday, I sit down and create a weekly menu and plan recipes that I plan to make and photograph for my blog. I’ve realized that I will always stay with salmon for one night. When I need a healthy meal, grilled salmon is one of the foods I can count on.

It is easy to clean because I usually put aluminum foil on a baking sheet.
Do not make a fuss. I did not move on the stove.
Super easy to do because you put salmon + sauce + in the oven and finish it with dinner.

How do you add flavor to salmon?
There are two ways to increase the taste of salmon.
Sauce: One of the main ways I like to add flavor to salmon is to wrap the salmon in the sauce. You can make honey and mustard sauce, lemon and garlic sauce, teriyaki or even sweet chili sauce.
Spice rub: can’t you feel the sauce? No problem Create an epic spice mix, then rub the salmon to add flavor to each bite.
Sauce: Another excellent way to improve and complement the taste of salmon is to make a fresh fruit sauce or avocado sauce on top.
Lemon: if you want it to be super simple, you can roast salmon, season with salt and pepper and squeeze fresh lemon juice to bring the dish to life.
How do you cook salmon so that it is not suspicious?
Nothing is worse than opening the salmon wrapped in parchment and smelling fishy! The best way to eliminate this “fishy smell” is to wash it with cold water: if the fish has just begun to smell, a quick rinse with cold water will eliminate most bacteria. Rinse, dry with a paper towel, season and cook.
How to make grilled salmon honey with foil
Ingredients needed for this recipe for salmon with honey and garlic:
Salmon: Buy fresh-skinned salmon from a fish shop in a grocery store and cook it the same day for best results.
Honey: honey will add sweetness to salmon and will become brittle when placed in broilers for a few minutes. Believe me, crunchy looks are everything!
Garlic: every bite of garlic is the key to this dish.
Dijon mustard sauce: Dijon mustard sauce will add a new flavor to the sauce and complement it perfectly with honey. These are just the ingredients that put this sauce on top.
Rosemary and thyme: fresh herbs should be on any plate!
How to make grilled salmon with honey and garlic with aluminum foil?
Preheat oven to 400 ° F.
Line the baking sheet with enough aluminum foil so you can fold it and seal it to create a package later. Place the salmon in the center of the sheet.
In a small bowl, add garlic cloves, Dijon mustard, honey, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. Mix until they merge.
Pour the honey and garlic mixture over the salmon and clean them all. The foil was folded in salmon to form a tent.
Bake in the oven for 10 to 14 minutes, then make it crispy. Remove the salmon from the oven and place the chicken in the “high” position.
Unfold the foil to find the salmon. Return the salmon to the oven for 2 to 3 minutes until the caramelization is lightly browned. Remove from the oven. Decorated with chopped parsley and lemon slices. Service.

How do you know that salmon is over?
The good thing about salmon is that it changes visually when cooked. Typically, salmon will change from red or original to opaque (pink). It is recommended to cook for 6-8 minutes and then check if it is cooked. You can use the sharp knife or fork to look at the thickest part of the salmon. If the pieces of meat are still a little translucent in the middle, that’s fine. This will be considered moderately rare. If you want the salmon to grow well, the center will become opaque.
To be honest, one of my favorite recipes is salmon with honey and mustard. Usually, I do not deviate from that because it is popular with everyone and is easy to do. But guys, this grilled salmon with honey and garlic is very close. Leaving my favorite part is the crispy look on your top.
